Reliance Jio users information gets leaked

The Website is poorly designed, slow and may be down due to more users viewing and checking if their information is leaked or not. when we tried to view our information it showed that the website was down after few refreshes the site was active and we entered our Jio number, at first it did not show the information and thought that we were lucky that our information was not leaked. It was just the matter of two refreshes that we found unlucky as the information showed up,  however,  we did not find our aadhar number which was leaked. But according to some trusted sources, the aadhar number that linked to the mobile number can be found out with ease. Users who got Jio sim during the preview offer are likely to be more attack prone than those who got recently.

There is no clear view how the data got leaked or how the person outside Jio got such sensitive information. Also, there is no information about the website owner as he had kept all details private. Reliance Jio being a large organisation should have added security because this kind of act was unexpected from them, and no such incident has been seen from other telco companies regarding their customer’s  valued information.
